Royal Mail - Standard Delivery
Delivery charges are based on the delivery region and qualifying order value.
England and Wales
Standard Delivery normally takes 2-3 business days.
Orders between £0.01 and £49.99: £3.99
Orders of £50.00 or more: Free Standard Delivery
Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Forces
Orders between £0.01 and £49.99: £6.99
Orders of £50.00 or more: Free Standard Delivery
Any applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
DPD - Next Day Delivery (Excluding Weekends)
England and Wales: £6.99
Scotland, Northern Ireland and British Forces: £14.99
DPD Next Day Delivery applies to eligible orders placed before 2pm (GMT/BST), Monday to Thursday, subject to stock availability, security checks and carrier availability for the delivery address.
Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will normally be scheduled for delivery on Monday. If Monday is a bank holiday, delivery will normally take place on Tuesday.
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, during weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
When will I get my order?

Order Handling time: 0-1 working days (Monday-Saturday)
England and Wales Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days

We are still here for you during bank holidays, but please note that some delivery services may change during these periods. Please check our website for the latest delivery updates.
Next Day Delivery is not available during VAT FREE promotions or bank holiday weekends. Orders placed during these periods will normally be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Please make sure that the delivery name, address and postcode entered when placing your order are complete and correct. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may cause the parcel to be delayed, returned to us or delivered to the wrong address.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Although the majority of parcels arrive within the stated timeframe, delays outside our direct control may occasionally occur during the carrier's delivery process.
We encourage customers to download the myDPD or Royal Mail app to receive tracking updates. Where supported by the carrier, customers may also be able to change the delivery date or redirect the parcel to a suitable delivery location.
If an order is refused, returned because of incorrect address information or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct the associated return costs from the refund or charge an additional redelivery fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
